ENCINITAS RANCH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION is a homeowner’s association consisting of five distinct neighborhoods totaling, upon completion, over 500 homes. The neighborhoods are QUAIL RIDGE on the north end, 37 RANCH ROAD, QUAIL HOLLOW, DEVONSHIRE and the entire south mesa area, including HILLTOP, THE LINKS, BRAEMAR and CONCORDIA. The neighborhoods are linked together by a system of walking trails, which in turn are linked to the City of Encinitas trails bordering the golf course and Indian Head Canyon.

ERCA is a self governed and financed homeowners association subject to budget oversight by the California Department of Real Estate. The association is governed by a five member elected Board of Directors, who are mandated to perform their duties in accordance with the applicable association Bylaws and CC & Rs. The Board is required to retain a professional management company to oversee and conduct the day to day activities of the association. The association is managed by NN Jaeschke, Inc.

Trail Map

NN Jaeschke is responsible for hiring, with Board approval, the various contractors who provide services to the association, such as landscaping. NN Jaeschke receives and follows-up, as necessary, homeowner concerns and complaints involving association property, Bylaws and CC & Rs.
